Restaurant & Bar:
Although visitors often dine out, such is the ambience and the intriguing menu of our restaurant, "Stephanie's", that many of our guests enjoy dinner in-house. The cooked-to-order breakfast is not to be missed either.
Bedrooms:
Bedrooms have air-conditioning, some have whirlpool baths, all have the high level of facilities that is nowadays expected. But this modernity is not intrusive, the luxury of the rich furnishings wraps you up in a comforting cocoon of well-being. Also, there is 24hr room service, message and secretarial services, laundry arrangements, air conditioning throughout the hotel, wake up calls and safety deposit boxes. All rooms at the London Lodge are non smoking and smoking is allowed only in the lobby area.
Facilities:
WIFI internet access is available within the hotel to access emails, send and receive emails and access the web etc. The hotel also provides a new cabinet displaying gift items including the 'handmade' hotel teddy bears which are selling like hot cakes.
Local attractions:
All in all, the London Lodge is the sort of haven that visitors seek in a city, but have difficulty finding, it is indeed quite special. And if you come by road, there is even a private car park, please enquire in advance, the fee is £25 per night.
Nearby to the exclusive shopping areas of High Street Kensington and Knightsbridge (home of Harrods and Harvey Nichols). Here you will find some of the most exclusive boutiques. Also nearby are some very beautiful parks including Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens. A short walk will take you to some of London's best museums including the Victoria and Albert Museum and also Kensington Palace. Antique collectors are only a short bus ride away from the internationally famous antiques market on Potobello Road. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court exhibition centre and 15 minutes walk to Olympia conference centre.
